How it works

It all happens at the partner's.

Every partner car wash is equipped with the CarWashFlow terminal. One visit, four steps.

  1. The driver identifies

    App QR code or loyalty card. It is optional to pay.

  2. The right price applies by itself

    Off-peak hours, business price or regular rate: each station sets its own prices.

  3. Adyen secures the payment

    Card, Bancontact or smartphone. No card data stored.

    Each wash adds a stamp at the station. Full card: the next wash is free.

What are the plans?

Three plans: CarWashFlow Integration (terminal included), the monthly Subscription (terminal included) and CarWashFlow Connect for sites that are already equipped. A commission applies only to the washes paid, at the rate set in your contract. No cash advance. Pricing is shared during a demo.

Do I have to buy equipment?

No. With CarWashFlow Integration, an Adyen Android terminal is included, delivered configured and ready to use. With Connect, you keep your terminal and receive the CarWashFlow one.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed by Adyen. Your revenue is paid out by bank transfer, with the details of every visit in your dashboard.

Do my customers need the app?

No. Your customers can pay at the terminal without installing anything. The app is a bonus for loyalty and off-peak hours.

Can I leave the network?

Yes, with no penalty.
