How much does it cost to join the CarWashFlow network?

Three formulas to choose from: CarWashFlow Integration (Adyen terminal included), the monthly Subscription (terminal included) and CarWashFlow Connect (on your existing equipment). On top, a commission on the washes you actually collect only, at the rate written into your contract. With the Subscription, you start with nothing upfront. Pricing is shared during a demo.

Do I need to install any specific equipment?

No. With CarWashFlow Integration and the Subscription, an Android Adyen terminal is included, delivered pre-configured and ready to use. With CarWashFlow Connect, you keep your existing equipment.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are processed by Adyen. Your earnings are paid out to you by bank transfer, with a detailed summary of every wash in your dashboard.

Can I leave the network if I want to?

Yes, with no penalty. The commitment is minimal — if you're not satisfied, you're free to leave. CarWashFlow is built on mutual trust.

How do I manage multiple stations?

The partner dashboard is designed for multi-site operations. You manage all your stations from a single interface, with consolidated statistics and centralised billing.
