Paying for your car wash in Belgium, with or without the app
At a CarWashFlow partner station, you pay on site, with the station staff. No account to create and no subscription: the app is an optional extra.
How do you pay at the station?
The station staff select your wash on their Adyen payment terminal. You present your bank card, your Bancontact card or your phone, and the payment is approved on the terminal. Accepted methods depend on each station's equipment.
Paying for your wash with your phone
You can pay contactless with Apple Pay or Google Pay on the station's terminal, where the station accepts it. The CarWashFlow app takes no money itself: it identifies you, it does not charge you.
The displayed price, no extra fees
You only pay the wash price displayed by the station. CarWashFlow charges the driver no extra fees: our commission is deducted on the partner's side, never from your payment.

Available on iOS and Android, the CarWashFlow app is with you before, during and after your visit to the wash station.

The partner station map shows you the car washes around you. Each station page lists opening hours, available services, payment methods and wash prices.
See the station mapGet identified in one scan
Show the staff the personal QR code from the app before you pay: they scan it with their terminal and the wash is recorded on your account. Once identified, your following washes paid with the same bank card join your history on their own.
Your wash history and receipts
Every recorded wash shows up in your history with its date, the station, the amount and the receipt, still there months later. No more paper receipts lost in the glovebox.
Loyalty tracked station by station
Each partner station can activate its own loyalty program, with drops or stamps earned on every wash. When it is active, your rewards are visible in the app, counted separately for each station.
Off-peak deals
Some stations offer a lower price during their off-peak hours. The app points out the stations running a deal near you and shows the deal price set by the station.
Invoices for the self-employed
Self-employed? After each wash, a compliant invoice is issued with no action needed on your side, then sent through the Peppol network to your accounting. Equipping your staff? There is a dedicated offer for companies.

Do I need the app to wash my car?
No. You can wash your vehicle and pay on the station's terminal without the app and without an account. The app is useful for your history, receipts and loyalty, but it stays entirely optional, and free on iOS and Android.
What if I forgot my phone?
You pay by card on the terminal as usual. For the wash to join your history, the staff can also identify you with your phone number instead of the QR code.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Adyen, our licensed payment provider, and CarWashFlow never stores any card data.
