Hamza El Hajjaji
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Hamza carries the overall vision of the project, the business strategy and commercial development. He drives product direction, strategic partnerships and company growth. He is also in charge of investor relations and long-term structuring.
Pierre Falzone
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Pierre oversees the technical architecture and financial structuring. He is responsible for platform development, technology choices, as well as administrative and financial aspects. He works closely with Hamza on product vision and overall strategy.
Thomas Syben
Project Manager, Product & Design Lead
Thomas leads product coordination and ensures the overall consistency of CarWashFlow. He oversees UX/UI, art direction, visuals and user experience, while managing priorities with the team. His role is to deliver a clear, consistent, performant product aligned with the CarWashFlow vision.
Valentin Lopez Lopez
Full Stack Developer
Valentin drives back-end development and full platform integration. He ensures system robustness, data management, APIs and technical scalability, in direct coordination with Pierre and Thomas.
Kenza Zeggaf El Galb
Operations & Strategic Development
Kenza plays a key role in the operational structuring of the project. She participates in internal organization, partner follow-up, team coordination and actively contributes to strategic thinking with Hamza and Pierre. She helps transform the vision into concrete and operational processes.
