2. Data collected
We only collect data necessary to provide our services: last name, first name, email address, phone number, license plate, wash history, favorite carwash, browsing data (cookies, IP address) and payment information (via a secure provider).
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: create and manage your account, provide services related to your subscription, manage relationships with partner carwashes, handle billing and payment tracking, improve our services and your user experience, and send you information or promotional offers (if you have given your consent).
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on: your consent (e.g. registration, cookies), the execution of the contract (CarWashFlow subscription), compliance with legal obligations (e.g. billing) and the legitimate interest of CarWashFlow (continuous service improvement).
5. Retention period
For the duration of your subscription. Up to 3 years after your last interaction if you are a prospect. Up to 10 years for billing-related data, in accordance with Belgian legislation.
6. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with: authorized members of the CarWashFlow team, partner carwashes (to manage your washes) and our technical service providers (hosting, payment, emailing and, with your consent, audience measurement). During sign-up, the text typed in “Search for your address” is passed on by our servers, without your IP address, to the Photon geocoding service (Komoot, OpenStreetMap data) to suggest addresses.
No data is sold to third parties.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to object, right to restriction of processing and right to data portability.

8. Cookies
The website uses two categories of cookies and local storage. Strictly necessary, always on: your chosen language, your cookie choices (date and choice, kept for 6 months) and, if you pick a profile on the home page, the journey you chose (local storage « cwf.lane »), a plain display preference with no identifier, erased as soon as you click « Decline » in the cookie banner. Audience measurement, only with your consent: OpenPanel, an analytics tool CarWashFlow hosts on its own servers (this measurement data stays with us), counts page views and clicks on our buttons, without cookies and without your name or email address; where applicable, Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft service that then receives your browsing data, may also be used to understand how the site is browsed.
Nothing is measured or loaded before you consent. The banner lets you accept, decline just as easily, or customise your choice. You are asked again after 6 months.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page: measurement stops immediately and the measurement data stored in your browser is erased.
9. Hosting
Data is stored in the European Union on secure servers that comply with data protection standards.
